Active Care
Being a qualified personal trainer puts me in a unique position to be able to offer a patient a package of care which takes them from injury, through therapy and rehabilitation and towards health and fitness goals. Active management of your compliant gives you, the patient, the skills and knowledge to manage your it better, developing strength and mobility which will lead to greater resilience, confidence and the ability to complete tasks of not only everyday living but also any goals which you may have.
This will be achieved through a focused but relaxed patient interview and needs analysis, identifying any specific functional requirements which will help us develop a highly bespoke training program aimed at matching your needs.
