Cancellation and non-attendance policy
Please note: Missed appointments and cancellations with less than 24hours' notice will incur a 50% fee.
Reformer pilates sessions require upfront payment. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your reformer session. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or missed sessions will still be charged and count as one session.
New patient policy
New patients are required to pay a £25 deposit, which will be applied to their appointment fee upon arrival. They will only need to pay the remaining balance at the end of their appointment. However, if you do not show up, or cancel within 24 hours the deposit will be forfeited.
If not seen by us after 5 years
If you have not attended Core Chiropractic in 5 years you will be classed as a new patient and it will be a 1 hour session.
