Our Policy
New Patient Policy
New patients are required to pay a £25 deposit, which will be applied to your appointment fee upon arrival. You will only need to pay the remaining balance at the end of your appointment. However, if you do not show up, or cancel within 24 hours the deposit will be forfeited.
If not seen by us in 5 years
If you have not attended Core Chiropractic in 5 years you will be classed as a new patient and it will be a 1 hour session.
Cancellation and non-attendance
Chiropractic and Sports Therapy- Missed chiropractic and sports therapy appointments and cancellations with less than 24hours' notice will incur a 50% fee.
Laser Therapy block booking requires upfront payment. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments cancelled within less than 24hours notice or missed appointments will be charged and count as an appointment.
Reformer pilates sessions require upfront payment. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your reformer session. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or missed sessions will still be charged and count as one session.
