A 1:1 Reformer Pilates session with our Chiropractor and Reformer Pilates instructor Katie, offers a safe and effective way to build core strength while working the whole body. Over the course of 40 minutes, you’ll move through exercises designed to target deep core muscles, which support your spine, improve posture and help protect against everyday aches and strains. Because the reformer uses springs and controlled resistance, it can be adapted to your ability, making each movement both challenging and accessible.
Please note: If you choose the Block booking (x6) option, you will be able to book the first session online, and the remainder can be booked in person, or by emailing hello@corechiropractic.co.uk.
Alongside the core, you’ll also strengthen and lengthen muscles across the body, improving balance, flexibility and overall body awareness. With the focus of a private session, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of how to move well and support your long-term health.
For your comfort and safety, hair elastic (if you have long hair) and grip socks are mandatory during sessions. Grip socks can be purchased at the clinic for £4.
Please fill out the "New Client Intake" form prior to attending your first session which can be found in the confirmation email after booking your first session.
Reformer pilates sessions require upfront payment. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your reformer session. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or missed sessions will still be charged and count as one session.
